HERE’S HOW TO START ā¬‡ļø Did you know it was a ā€œthi HERE’S HOW TO START ā¬‡ļø

Did you know it was a ā€œthingā€ to be a Pinterest manager?!

(Comment ā€œSECRETā€ to learn more via my Secret Pinterest Manager podcast!)

I once had one of my now students say, ā€œdon’t you feel like you have this secret gem of a career that you don’t want to share with anyone else?!ā€

And my answer, ā€œnot at all, there’s definitely room at the table for everyone!ā€

Although it might sound obscure to be a Pinterest manager and you might be wondering, ā€œhow many people really need a Pinterest manager??ā€

Think about it this way, what business has ever said they DON’T need:
šŸ“ˆMore traffic
šŸ’°More sales
šŸ’”More visibility

No one is ever going to say that… and if they do, you might need to check on them 🤪

But seriously there’s actually so much potential with Pinterest because many business owners haven’t gotten started on the platform because it’s definitely not as intuitive as some platforms that we use daily.

It requires some learning, and a consistent strategy, which is why business owners need a Pinterest manager!

And P.S. if you’re a business owner reading this, and you’re like ā€œhi, it’s me, Emilee! I need a Pinterest manager!ā€ Use the link in my bio and fill out the hire form! I’ll connect you with one of my AMAZING Pinterest manager students… they’ve been trained and coached by me and are the best 🄹

Okay now back to becoming a Pinterest manager…

This career is amazing because:
✨You don’t need a huge social media presence, or one at all, in order to land clients
✨You can batch your work
✨You’re offering a service that business owners NEED which means you feel really good about the work (no ick feelings)
✨You already love using the platform
✨You can work as much or as little as you want
✨You don’t need a formal background in design or marketing

šŸ“ŒIf you want to just learn more about what this entails and you’re excited about the idea… I’d love for you to binge my SECRET Pinterest Manager podcast!

I saw this question here on IG…. And it really ma I saw this question here on IG….

And it really made me think.

Some days I think I’m ā€œdoing everything i canā€ for my business & fam… but some days I know I’m just so close to all of it, that I feel like I lack perspective?

This question was so interesting and challenged me to try to stand back and look at the big picture, which can be hard to do some days in survival mode..

Can you relate? 🄲

How in the world do you decide if Pinterest management will be a good fit for you??

Well let me get this out of the way…

Pinterest management is a freelance service you can offer, so you’re working as a service-based business.

So why would a business owner hire a Pinterest manager?

Well Pinterest drives traffic to websites, and business owners need traffic to their offers, products, lead magnets, courses, blogs etc etc.

And many business owners don’t:

1. Have time to implement an effective marketing strategy
2. Don’t know how to market on Pinterest

Now here’s the 5 reasons why it was a great fit for me, and might be for you, too!

1. The earning potential! There’s so many different ways I can scale my business and after being a teacher… this was SO exciting to think of making exponentially more and working less

2. This is simple… I used Pinterest personally, and loved it!

3. Automation. You can automate Pinterest for your clients, which made it easier for me to batch my work, and I didn’t have to be on Pinterest hustling daily for my clients (so I wasn’t having to ā€œengageā€ after Pinning, daily stories, etc. basically what I did as a social media manager, that burnt me out!)

4. Hours! I could work whenever it was convenient for me. Sometimes that’s at 4:45am and other times it’s at 9PM… and sometimes it’s while I’m waiting at dance for my daughter 🄲

5. Alignment! Offering a service felt right to me, people needed and wanted the services I was offering. I never felt sales-y or like I was pushing something on someone that they didn’t want or need, ya know?

So what do you say? Are you ready to learn more?

Pinterest Management ā¬‡ļø

in the next 30 days while still at your 9-5

All you’re doing is selling your Pinterest management and marketing services to business owners who NEED your help!

As a freelancer, you’re a self-employed, independent professional who offers specialized skills and services to various clients on a project-by-project or contract basis, rather than being a long-term employee of one company.

So here’s how to start:
1. Learn how to market on Pinterest (I can help you with that!) >>> just comment SECRET

2. Create a portfolio in Canva to showcase your services + next steps for working with you (and testimonials)

3.Pick a niche (food bloggers, DIY, TpT sellers, health and wellness, homesteading, gardening, running, home decor, cleaning, parenting, etc)

4. Ask ChatGPT to help you come up with 100+ websites for each niche you’re interested in working with

5. Research each biz and collect emails for biz owners you’d like to pitch to

6. Write a compelling pitch (don’t just slap a ChatGPT email together, make it unique)

7. Send as MANY pitches as you can in 30 days (let’s aim for 100-200)

8. Get on discovery calls

9. Send proposals

10. Get paid and get client results

If you had 5 clients @ $700 that’s 3.5K/mo
If you had 5 clients at $1K that’s $5K/mo

HOW do I find clients for my Pinterest Management HOW do I find clients for my Pinterest Management business?!

Well, there’s multiple different strategies (& yes a real demand for this service).

One of my favorite ways to teach my students inside my Pinterest Manager Academy to get clients is via cold pitching.

It’s effective, you’re going directly to the source, and it works.

Here’s some tips though:
-make your pitches personalized
-you must follow up or sending the first email is in vein
-do you research and make sure the businesses you’re pitching to are a good fit for your services
