Comment “SECRET” to get the behind the scenes Comment “SECRET” to get the behind the scenes of scaling to $10K months as a Pinterest Manager.

Okay here’s how I went from $200 to $2,000 packages as a Pinterest Manager:

1. My first client was essentially testimonial work. I was charging $200 for full account management, but I also didn’t know what I was doing (my client knew this and was happy to compensate some time I spent)

2. I went from Pinterest user to Pinterest guru. I consumed everything I could to learn how to market on Pinterest including courses, memberships, masterminds etc. this also gave me SO much more knowledge about business in general.

3. I increased my prices gradually as I got more experience and could build case studies. If people are paying more, they want to be confident you can get the results.

4. I was maxed on working hours and client load and once again invested in more skills training and learned Pinterest Ads. I had to start with testimonial work again but was able to scale this service much faster.

5. Created premium packages where I was managing accounts organically and their paid ads. And this is when I started charging not just $2,000 but $2,500.

Because my students invest in skills training and coaching day 1 in my Academy… most of my students are making $500-$700 with their very first client!

Comment “SECRET” if you want the behind the scenes for scaling to $10K months and how I can help you get there!

HOW I’m able to help support my family financial HOW I’m able to help support my family financially + be a full-time mom 👇🏻

(Comment “START” if you want to be at home, support your family financially, & love Pinterest)

When I first started my business I actually was totally “okay” with “just replacing my teaching income”. It felt like such a relief that I could help contribute financially and not have to leave my daughter. I didn’t feel like I needed to make $5k monthly, or 10k monthly.. or whatever people feel like is a “great goal”, especially as a new business owner. I have to be honest and say hitting those monthly numbers didn’t even sound realistic to me.

Spoiler alert, I later decided to focus on scaling more.. when I felt like the time was right. Throughout the steps forward and backward I’ve taken at different points in my business, these are the things I’ve done that have helped me maintain and grow my business + still be the mom I want to be👇🏻👇🏻

💻I worked as a virtual assistant in the beginning, and then as a social media manager, and then landed on Pinterest management... which has had all my focus for 4+ years.
📌 I consumed as much Pinterest content, courses, podcasts, memberships etc as I could so I could become an expert in one area, and charge more premium prices for my expertise
👶 I decided to not utilize childcare. I felt like daycare would defeat the purpose of why I started my business, and after multiple failed attempts to hire a sitter for part-time hours... I took it as a sign from God that the childcare route wasn’t going to work for me.
💰 I invested in my business time and time again through coaching and courses that would help me make more, but not work more
📆 I plan my time wisely, and work strange hours because I am still a full-time mom
💙 I outsourced things to my husband that I would normally do if I weren’t working early mornings + naptime + after bedtime

Did you know it was a “thing” to be a Pinterest manager?!

(Comment “SECRET” to learn more via my Secret Pinterest Manager podcast!)

I once had one of my now students say, “don’t you feel like you have this secret gem of a career that you don’t want to share with anyone else?!”

And my answer, “not at all, there’s definitely room at the table for everyone!”

Although it might sound obscure to be a Pinterest manager and you might be wondering, “how many people really need a Pinterest manager??”

Think about it this way, what business has ever said they DON’T need:
📈More traffic
💰More sales
💡More visibility

No one is ever going to say that… and if they do, you might need to check on them 🤪

But seriously there’s actually so much potential with Pinterest because many business owners haven’t gotten started on the platform because it’s definitely not as intuitive as some platforms that we use daily.

It requires some learning, and a consistent strategy, which is why business owners need a Pinterest manager!

And P.S. if you’re a business owner reading this, and you’re like “hi, it’s me, Emilee! I need a Pinterest manager!” Use the link in my bio and fill out the hire form! I’ll connect you with one of my AMAZING Pinterest manager students… they’ve been trained and coached by me and are the best 🥹

Okay now back to becoming a Pinterest manager…

This career is amazing because:
✨You don’t need a huge social media presence, or one at all, in order to land clients
✨You can batch your work
✨You’re offering a service that business owners NEED which means you feel really good about the work (no ick feelings)
✨You already love using the platform
✨You can work as much or as little as you want
