‼️Here’s what my first year as a Pinterest Manager looked like...⬇️

And disclaimer, I’m not typically one for posting how much I make, I think those posts get a bit old/annoying. 😬

😜But this clearly isn’t that kind of a post, because those first few months were obviously very small numbers!

The point is I STARTED! And that’s one of the hardest parts, just taking that first step.

So why am I posting exact numbers inside my business for my first year?

Well, it’s to show you that there’s so many paths to success, and I wanted to share how I define “success”.

Many people might not consider my business “successful” based on the numbers I was making, but for me...

❤️Success was not going back to the classroom, but still bringing in income for our little family.

❤️Success was spending the days how I wanted to, which occasionally included napping because I was pregnant.

❤️Success was offering a service I really enjoyed, and being good at that service... which meant happy clients.

❤️Success was moving forward even if it was at a tortoise pace.

You know what this also helped me do? Scale slowly, and not burn myself out.

And guess what, we’re in 2025, and I’m still going strong with this Pinterest management business, and instead of managing accounts, I’m now educating and coaching... and it fills my cup every day.

I always strategically plan my calls when they littlest two are napping but then that’s the green light for the older two and their shenanigans…

My clients have always been women, and moms, so they are always very understanding… I’m definitely the one the most bothered 🫣😅😂

Annie was a former teacher turned Pinterest marketing expert.

Here’s 2 things she did that led to her success:

1. She took a MASSIVE amount of action and follow my roadmap (expert skills training, packages + offers, and putting herself out there until she started landing clients)

➡️➡️The magic question is always HOW do I find clients?! For Annie, she tried pitching but she actually found most of her clients via Facebook groups (I include a list in my Academy & help my students with navigating them)

2. She started offering premium packages which allowed her to scale packages beyond $1.5K per client! (She actually is only continuing to expand with her paid advertising)
