I got out of bed at 3AM on my birthday to answer a call from AirBnB and it hit me like a ton of bricks.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tI gave up one career that left me feeling burnt out for one that was making me feel equally<\/em> burnt out\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

… but minus<\/em> the intrinsic rewards that teaching offered.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Emilee\n\t

Six years ago I started my freelance business, and it truly felt like an answer to prayers. After having my first daughter, I took a leap of faith and quit my teaching job, and 8 months later started my freelance business.<\/p>\n

I did what seemed like the most natural thing, and started as a virtual assistant. This seemed natural because as a former teacher, I had a lot of skills that made virtual assisting seem like a no-brainer<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\t

I had heard the “riches are in the niches”<\/em><\/strong>, so about 6-8 weeks into my freelance career, I started to focus more on social media management.. But I also still had virtual assistant clients as well.<\/p>\n\t

Fast forward a year into my freelance career, and I hated<\/em> social media management.<\/p>\n\t

I was so burnt out<\/strong> with liking posts, responding to comments, etc. and I still had these random VA clients, which also required me to work crazy hours and be “on call” as part of the customer service (no exaggeration, I would get calls at 3AM and was expected to answer them).<\/p>\n\t

I also feel embarrassed to type that I actually was doing this… and getting paid ~$20\/hr to do so. Yeah… I want to smack me, too<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tI needed<\/em> to keep working from home and freelancing, but I desperately<\/em> needed a service that was a (MUCH) better fit.\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

When I first started my freelance business, I had heard that Pinterest Management was a “thing”.<\/em> However, I had no idea<\/strong> how to go about learning this unique service, so I went that route that felt “safer”.<\/em><\/p>\n\t

But now I was at a breaking point…<\/p>\n\t\t\t

\n\t\tOnce I started exploring what Pinterest could do for business owners, I realized that it’s a\n\t<\/h2>\n

Once I started working with clients, I started helping business owners achieve over 2+ million monthly views, thousands of new website visitors, and some months over $15K+ revenue JUST from their Pinterest traffic… <\/p>\n\t
